Tim
Hanratty founded the consulting and benefits brokerage firm of
Hanratty & Associates, Inc. in 1976 and has been at the
forefront of health benefits trends his entire career. With a
strong client and service-oriented philosophy, Tim's focus has
always been anticipating the health and welfare needs of
employers.
In 1995, before "consumer-driven health care" was on the radar
screens of employers, Tim developed Select105™ to help organizations save money
and better manage health care costs.
Employers across the country are now recognizing what Tim and
Hanratty & Associates predicted was coming nearly ten years
ago-today the cost of health care is astronomical but the need to
